Les meubles Opéra sont en grande partie composés de bois massif et bénéficient d’une production semi artisanale. De ce fait, quelques imperfections peuvent être visibles : nœuds, veines et aspérités du bois. Il ne s’agit en aucun cas de défaut de fabrication. Ces imperfections sont le résultat d’un meuble qui a conservé son authenticité du fait de son matériau et de ses finitions. C’est le choix que nous avons fait, les valeurs que nous souhaitons transmettre.
Designée avec une élégante doucine, des pieds aux cannelures délicates et des angles arrondis, cette création Maison Charlotte s’inspire des meubles anciens. Conçu en France et fabriqué au Portugal à l’aide de pin massif et de panneaux en MDF écologique, cet ensemble accueillera en douceur votre bébé lors du lange. Une peinture satinée à base d’eau offre une finition lisse et un toucher doux à cette création sans vis apparente.
Une fois votre enfant devenu plus grand, vous pourrez très facilement ôter le plan à langer afin d’obtenir une commode intemporelle.
Le plan à langer convient à un enfant jusqu’à 11kg maximum.
Une fois ce plan installé, vous profiterez d’une profondeur supplémentaire de 15cm sur le devant du meuble et 15cm à l’arrière soit une profondeur totale de 80cm.

For a furniture order, the latter most often goes through specialized transport solutions. In this case, To ensure that the delivery of your order goes as smoothly as possible, please ensure that you respect the following procedure:
• The customer must be present at reception, never ask the driver to unload the items into his warehouse himself without his presence
• Each package must be inspected one by one
• If a single package is damaged, the customer or the person receiving it must MUST TAKE A PHOTO OF IT AND REFUSE DELIVERY BY CLEARLY NOTING ON THE BL ALL INFORMATION RELATING TO THIS REFUSAL (parcel reference, details of the problem and all useful information). • Send us immediately by email the photos of the damaged boxes as well as your comments on the BL to the address support@babykare.eu
By following this simple procedure, damaged packages will be taken care of and replaced by the carrier's insurance, which will assume the replacement costs (parts and transport).
Failing the application of this procedure, all accepted packages will become the property of the customer who received the order, and the replacement and transport costs will be their responsibility. They will not be covered by Babykare.
The warranty does not cover transport damage.
Return and refund: you have 14 days from the day after receipt of your package to return your package to us (legal deadline). Reimbursement will only be made if the product is intact and shows no trace of mishandling.
The return must be made in its original box for it to be taken into account. We therefore ask you to keep the box upon receipt during this period to avoid potential refusals of returns.
