Interview
The silicone cup can be cleaned by hand or in a dishwasher. To clean, wash in warm, soapy water and air dry.
Warning
Adult supervision is required when the product is used. Babies and children should not be left alone with any feeding product at any time. If the product is heated in the microwave, fan the lid to prevent pressure buildup and check the temperature of the liquid before drinking. Maximum temperature of 180°C.

Delivery by appointment

Failing the application of this procedure, all accepted packages will become the property of the customer who received the order, and the replacement and transport costs will be their responsibility. They will not be covered by Babykare.
The warranty does not cover transport damage.
Return and refund: you have 14 days from the day after receipt of your package to return your package to us (legal deadline). Reimbursement will only be made if the product is intact and shows no trace of mishandling.
The return must be made in its original box for it to be taken into account. We therefore ask you to keep the box upon receipt during this period to avoid potential refusals of returns.
